MBR Contract News
August 2006: MBR was awarded the Information Technology Support Services blanket purchase agreement (BPA) at the Foreign Service Institute of the Department of State. It consolidates various existing contracts and will run for five years.
July 2006: The Virginia Department of Minority Business Enterprise (VDMBE) has approved MBR's application for certification as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).
June 2006: The Department of Homeland Security awarded the DHS Eagle Information Technology Support Services (EAGLE) contract to the KForce team. MBR Computer Consultants, Inc. is a member of the KForce team. EAGLE is a contract vehicle that covers a full range of information technology solutions and services.
May 2006: MBR CCI was awarded a one-year contract by the Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs, to provide network monitoring, systems administration, and applications support services.
November 2005: MBR CCI was awarded a two-year contract by the Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs, to provide Communications, Strategy, Information Design, and Administrative Services.
June 2004: MBR CCI was awarded a five-year ID/IQ contract by the Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs, to provide Operations Coordination and support
May 2004: MBR CCI was awarded a two-year contract by the Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs, to provide Network Operational support.
April 2003: MBR CCI was certified as an 8(a) Small, Disadvantage Business (SDB), making it easier for U.S. Government agencies to access MBR’s products and services through the 8(a) procurement process.
March 2003: MBR CCI signs an agreement with Pinkerton Computer Consultants, Inc. to provide expert email, SMS, DNS, SANs, and network support at the Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs.
August 2001: MBR CCI signs an agreement with STG, Inc. to provide INFOSEC support to the Department of State, Office of Diplomatic Security.
August 2000: MBR CCI signs an agreement with Statistica, Inc. to provide TIER III network support to the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs.
June 2000: MBR CCI is founded.

Management Team
Henry C. McNeace is the Founder, President & CEO of MBR Computer Consultants, Inc. (MBR CCI), a privately-held minority-owned, 8(a)-certified information technology (IT), telecommunications, and professional services SDB firm.
Mr. McNeace has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Maryland, and possesses numerous professional certifications including Master Certified NetWare Engineer (MCNE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and Microsoft Certified Engineer (MSCE) 4.0, 2000, and 2003.
Before starting his own firm, Mr. McNeace worked as a Senior IT Architect and Senior Technical Consultant to the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs. While gaining over 16 years of experience as a Technical Consultant, IT Architect, Network Manager, Project Manager and Senior Network Engineer for the Department of State, the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army and USIA, he was repeatedly recognized for his expertise, leadership skills, and other contributions.
Now as the President of MBR CCI, Mr. McNeace manages a staff of professionals nationwide with backgrounds in computer science, engineering, material sciences, applied social sciences and communications. Led by his example, MBR CCI has quadrupled its employee and contract base since 2002, while continuing to receive accolades from government and corporate clients for exceeding expectations and helping to modernize and streamline their network operations and communications initiatives.
